Isn't the blood test a good way to judge sodium nitrite, or does sodium nitrate turn blood brown too?

How would you distinguish 6.25% NaNO2 + 93.75% NaCl from 99.5% NaNO2 by blood color? I presume, both can do nearly the same thing with the blood (I couldn't find any data on sensitivity of this method).
The percent of NaNO2 can be roughly estimated using chemical reactions that produce gases whose volume would be easy to measure (for example, dinitrogen monoxide produced in a reaction with hydroxylammonium chloride or nitrogen produced in a reaction with ammonium chloride).

I wish there were more reports on rectal use of SN... If I knew what effect it would have on my intestines/rectum I would just boof a bunch of benzos and then stick some SN up my arse as I pass out...

Vomiting wouldn't be an issue in this case.

Sodium nitrite inducing nausea is likely a systemic effect rather than a localized stomach effect. So, even if used rectally, there's still a chance of feeling nauseous.

This also explains why many still succeed with SN even after vomiting.

No you're right, I just meant that vomiting wouldn't prevent the absorption of the drug as rectal use bypasses the stomach altogether.

One might vomit but you wouldn't be expelling any of the SN so in this sense it's not an issue. Vomiting would still potentially occur and sucks regardless

How do you vomit with nothing in your stomach?
I think your rectum would expel it. They make things with a bulb to block your rectum when you put drugs there but I think that would really cause an explosion in your intestines

Gag reflex, once it starts it is very hard to stop.
(At least that's the way it is for me, not sure about anyone else)

You would just throw up small amounts of stomach acid

I'm not sure your rectum would expel it immediately; what you're probably thinking of is diarrhea, which would usually occur after some time. It could make you feel like you need to poop though. Just don't poop and you'd be fine

Seriously, I've just about seen enough from this thread. @Retarded Username as I said earlier, thank you for sharing what you could, i myself am still surprised you ingested what should've been a lethal amount but not only did you not lose consiousness but didn't vomit at all. I think if we are to have a discussion around sn ever again to this degree, we should leave any and all kind unnecessary accusations such as "Pro-lifer" when it'll make people far more reluctant to share their own failed experiences, I know quite a number of people have chosen sn as thier method and seeing something like this can make the method look pretty terrible but these are rare, exceptionally so. I'd just recommend for anyone to learn from these kind of threads, good and bad as well as perhaps look at the possibility of the inclusion of benzos to your regimen.

I don't think Benzos would have done much if he didn't die from the dose. He would just blackout and wake up again
