but my dang olanzapine makes me eat like crazy and I don't have the mental fortitude to fast with my appetite being so crazy. I'm using the olanzapine as an AE so I can't stop it. plus I'm just generally afraid to die. I don't actually want to...I just have to or else I'll endure more trauma from my illness and living situation.

anyone else not sure how you'll work around your SI? How are you guys today?

Damn, I have the same "big appetite problem" but in my case, because of lorazepam. I'm only getting fatter and more depressed every day. It sucks!

Same. It's hard to fight medicine-induced appetite from my experience. or I just don't have the willpower. sorry you're dealing with this as well.
