• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Who do you want to be in your life?... My aspirations are quite simple: nobody. I just want to NEET in a solar-powered cabin. I want to spend my life watching TV series, playing video games, reading books.

But for that, I need money, and tbh I lack the energy to earn it, especially since I abandoned any attempts to gain monetizable skills and would fulfill my plan to CTB now if I still didn't know about HRT and my disfigurement continued. At any time, I could get cancer (even have a few reasons to suspect a certain one, but probably I'm just trying too much to connect dots). Someone could kill me. Economy can go to utter shit, it's terrible now and is only going to worsen in the next years.

Don't know if the effort will bring expected results. Would be easier to just exsanguinate/inject bupivacaine and succumb to eternal sleep.

Your aspirations sound great to me. I never thought about it this way, but I wish for the same kind of life. And I also don't have any money to fund it.

the fact that we are placed on this planet to slave away in hopes of making enough to maybe live our dreams when we retire (if we ever get the chance, in this economy and with inflation on the rise I'll retire when I'm dead) is unbearable. good luck on your aspirations, no matter where they lead

For me personally eternal sleep would be preferable to any kind of existence, I find it tiring simply being conscious and aware, but anyway I wish you the best with your plans.

Part of my realization and acceptance to ctb is the fact that this goal is nearly unattainable without a moderate to high income. Even if you buy land, it isn't yours. You're still susceptible to zoning laws, building code, etc etc ad infinium. The govt can swoop in and take it all on a whim. You can't just park an RV on your land and live in that, either. The more I researched it, the more it hit me, that the powers that be have made this extremely difficult and out of reach for the vast majority of people. Something so simple on paper has been complicated endlessly, specifically to keep people as cogs within their machine.
