I would appreciate it so much if anyone knows where I can get SN the quickest in New York. I don't have access to the dark web and can only risk using a credit card but I know there are some stores I can buy from online and if it can be bought in a store in New York that would be good. I need to go asap. I'm having a rough time do to my health and situation getting a method. If anyone can help please DM suggestions if you know my story, where I can get a method fastest that has a high chance of working. If I can get SN I will have to take it without other meds and I can't even fast that long I will be watched. I will have to take it with someone home sleeping who could hear if I vomit or check on me if something is off.I wish so much I had someone to go to a hotel and take it with. It is a huge risk that I will end up in a hospital or in a ward where I will probably be forced into medical procedures I don't want or forced into meds that caused serious reactions in the past. I don't mean to make this long and confusing. If you got good SN with no problem please message me. Thank you so much. If you felt my pain for a minute you would be shocked I'm still alive. Mic or brick and mortar are the only options now but im also trying already for weeks and brick and mortar has failed from usa to europe. Probably it would work if you are in usa just order it on ebay. Mic is a whole other story have contacted 20 suppliers but no respond

Three is no Sn on dark web, many a user on this forum has confirmed.
