SN without Xanax

I have my materials but unfortunately I have to wait a week for a Xanax refill. I don't want to wait that long. How important is Xanax for this method? I have anxiety and pretty strong SI. Should I wait it out to get the Xanax or should I be ok with just the SN, antipsychotics, and antacid?

Your choice. I don't believe you NEED the Xanax for this method but it will certainly relieve some of the discomfort and SI

Ughhhhhhh. God I don't want to wait a week. But I think I should to make sure all my bases are covered.

Benzos could be a source of significant anxiety relief and are worth the wait imo.
