Lol no need for apologies, I think you're the exception though & I do not get it . Also the preferred amount for SN based on your weight, I have a calculation table for it somewhere. Oh, voila…

im 125 lbs so i should be taking 23 grams the extra 2 grams wont make a difference, i dont know its really weird for me i feel an attachment to 25 grams, i would never take 20 grams because my mind and body would never let me do that so its not even an option which is good, half a teaspoon is 3 grams of salt it says on google so i might take 23 or 25
