I am having trouble finding a recommended schedule for the SN method with propranolol.
Would greatly appreciate if someone could link me to a thread for reference. I am using stan's guide but there are so many different options for beta's and antiemetics that I'm struggling to come up with schedule that works for me.
I need one that uses SN with Prop as beta blocker and an antiemetic + painkiller i can acquire OTC.
EDIT: Actually, not even sure if the right antiemetic is availble OTC or if I need a prescription. But i have the SN and Propropranol. Please advise.
