Im just a bit curious about a few things, first, should you use paper cups or plastic cups to drink the SN from.

Second, from what Ive read basically everyone vomits eventually after ingesting the SN no matter if they took antiemetics or not and theyll have a second cup near them to drink from anyway. Im really bad with holding vomiting in, I was thinking that I would try to force myself to hold it in no matter what, but if I do have two spare cups from which I could drink some more SN where whenever I vomit could it be fine if I didnt try to hold myself back from vomiting after ingesting the first drink?

Or should I just try not to vomit no matter what? I guess if I did vomit a lot that would just prolonge the suffering, wouldnt it?

Doesn't matter what kinda cup. If you're taking 25g, then you don't really need a second glass.

Paper or plastic cups should be fine. Most things should be fine as long as it's not metal-based because sodium nitrite does tend to react with metal. You should only need one extra cup even if you throw it up. You don't have to "hold it in" for the nitrite to be absorbed, and all you need is enough nitrite to be absorbed to cause methemoglobin which prevents the blood from carrying oxygen. In truth, 25g is an overshoot, the lethal dose can be as little as a few grams. 25g is just recommended so your body can absorb enough.
