Are Xoom, Paysend, and TransferGo legitimate "international money transfer services"?

Has anyone used one of these and received their package?

Were there any hidden fees or exchange rates?

I have used Xoom and Paysend, they are legitimate normal money transfer services like western union. The fees are negligible like $1.95 or something, if you are in the US and paying who I think you are paying, you should probably opt for Paysend.
