Heres the game plan 25g into 50ml of water. After i feel and look blackish and faintish, panting i will take another 20g into 50ml of water.

I have all the anti vomitting pills , lots of meto. I plan to do it at night when all are asleep. So can 4hrs complete the job ? I have tested with blood with v little SN.

I believe that as long you are now doing a dry fast, 4 hours should be ok.

you may not need to take the second glass, this is more necessary if you have thrown up after the first glass.

You are not an asshole. Suicide is a rational response to unresolvable problems. But are you sure you're not doing this just because of an immediate sorrow? In this case, time may heal some wounds.

Your blood test looks good and the SN has worked.

One of the main reasons that people fail is that they get caught and sent to the hospital. Ideally you should do it somewhere where you will not get disturbed like a hotel. Many people have failed because they did it at home and their family called the ambulance because of noises from their room etc, they then went to the hospital for treatment and ended up in the psych ward. All this is hugely stressful and it is best you try and avoid this outcome by planning as best you can.

Vomiting is another issue so using metoclopramide is important as well as drinking the second glass. Fasting is also important so your body is ready to absorb the SN quickly. Other medicines can make you feel a lot more comfortable like Diazepam and Propranolol and Painkillers etc and really help with discomfort and panic etc.

I am sorry for how you are feeling at this moment and hope you will be relaxed soon. It is important to plan things calmly so you have a higher chance of success.
