SN Method Quick Personal Checklist

I ordered 4oz of 99.6% pure SN, Tagamet pills, and Benadryl(I don't have access to benzos or other prescription sedatives so don't bother me about it because there's no way I can get any). I know there's an SN mega thread but I don't have the time or energy to shift through 40 pages of info. I just wanna cut to the chase:
-Are these supplies adequate?
-I've read that Meto(whatever that is) may be needed, but it's not available otc so I may have to forego using that unless someone can link me to a legit site that permits you to purchase it without too much trouble. If I forego using this because I can't obtain it, will it be that bad?
-How long will it take to pass out?
-How long will it take to die?
-How to minimize pain as much as possible(I understand that there's gonna be some discomfort, but if you have any advice on how to minimize it as much as possible, if possible, let me know)?
-Any additional items I should obtain(that are accessible and otc, if it isn't otc lmk an alternative and reasonable way to get it)?
-Should I fast before taking SN? If so, for how long?
-How much of each item that I've ordered will I have to take to ensure that I've ctb successfully?

It's definitely best to get metoclopramide. It is an anti-vomit and anti-nausea drug. If you want to minimise discomfort as much as possible then obviously you don't want to throw up. If you go to treated.com then you can fill in a basic questionnaire and then get it delivered next day.

Edit: it seems that this is only for people in the UK. Unfortunately I'm not from the UK.

What are your thoughts on taking meto for days prior to CBT? I took it yesterday and I would like to CBT tonight

I don't really have an opinion on it. The PPH just says to take 3 x 10mg of meto 30 mins before the SN, whereas others say that a regimen for a few days is better. I don't have much of an opinion either way because I haven't seen much data either way. I guess that starting to take meto a few days before the SN is good because it allows you to preview whether you have any particularly adverse reactions or not.
