Hello guys, does any of you know where to get anti emetics? For example websites where I can order it from. I am from Portugal.

When should the antiemetics be taken? I've read that it should be X hours before SN ingestion, and at the same take as SN. Anyone knows the better way? Should I also take it a few days before?

I was also wondering if quetiapine would work as an antiemetic. Also, is alprazolam strong enough to sedate me?

My main fear with this method is the noise. I am never alone in the house, and my plan is to do it at night when everyone is asleep. I've read multiple reports that say that the person who attempted was breathing loudly and gasping, and the vomiting and the convulsions may also make a lot of noise… I am really scared of being found before dying.
Any help or thoughts are appreciated , thank you

How much noise can't be predicted, may or may not be heard but generally it's not so quite, so atleast a couple of hours alone time is recommended.

I would never do this if there were people around me.
If anything, I would do it in the car or hotel or even somewhere outside in a hidden area in the forest or something.

Thanks. I know the best scenario would be being alone, but if I really can't I'll have to do it at night in the house. I'm just so scared of being found… I'm not even much concerned about the suffering, I just want it to work… is sn really that reliable? Supposing I won't be found before some hours.
I can't go to a hotel or something without raising suspicions, I could try the car but I'm scared I won't be able to get out of the house without making noise

What might be loud is the retching/puking, laboured breathing noises or possible groans?

But I'm not sure if they would be audible on different levels of the house.

I plan on doing it outside since it will be less stressful.

For quetiapine dosages, see here. But keep in mind the recommended antiemetics are Metoclopramide or Domperidone, even better if taken with a serotonin antagonist like Ondansetron (brand name Zofran). Alprazolam is good, is a fast-acting benzo with a short/moderate duration of action. Run a test with a therapeutic dose and see how it affects you, then you can decide how much to take for sedation. Just remember benzos are habit-forming, so don't take it too often

Where did you read about the serotonin antagonist? I'm just asking cuz I didn't see it in any of the protocols? Why is it needed?
Thanks

Most cells with serotonin receptors are located in the human body, not in the brain, but in the digestive tract - intestines, stomach walls, esophagus. Increased serotonin transmission is the main cause of vomiting after radiotherapy, chemotherapy or poisoning. Hence, antagonists of appropriate 5HT receptor subtypes block contractions of the gastrointestinal tract, block the vomiting reflex and intestinal perilstatics.

ok, but the regular antiemetics are still needed right?

@Sail_to_Infinity gave you an excellent answer. A serotonin antagonist is not needed and is not mentioned in the Protocols. But it's useful because it further reduces the possibility of vomiting. In fact, most of the North American assisted dying protocols involve Metoclopramide and Ondansetron.
Metoclopramide is a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist and serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, so it actually is a serotonin antagonist on its own, while Ondansetron is just a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist.
Combining the two seems to potentiate their effects, but I don't know the exact pharmacokinetics behind this.
With SN, most people vomit even with Metoclopramide, so maybe combining two antiemetics could be a good choice. It's just my opinion though.

DO NOT combine Quetiapine with Metoclopramide - very nasty side effects.
Once you've decided which drugs to take (antiemetic, benzos, etc) google "check drug interactions" to see how they interact with other psychiatric drugs you're on

I don't see much about domperidone. Considering the side effects of meto I wonder why it isn't used more often?

As far as I know, it is banned in the USA. Although it has little to none extra-pyramidal side effects, it is known to increase the risk of arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death, especially if taken in combination with other drugs (i.e. QT interval prolonging drugs)

Hi. I have a question, since you are from Portugal, did you get your SN from your country from a website representing a store from Lisbon? Thanks for the answer.

No I didn't, I know which site you're talking about, but it doesn't look legit at all. Try searching for dmc
