Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm on prescribed bupropion XL 300mg and it interacts badly with the antiemetic, which causas akathisia on me, when combined (I've experienced it as a running-trial). Should I just ride out the akathisia while dying by SN or should I stop taking bupropion first?

SN leads to weakness pretty early on (5-10 minutes). I can not imagine you will feel twitchy when that hits. You may be able to just ride it out.

But you have to take the metloclopramide some minutes before right?

I'd just quit taking it. Why bother taking it if you're going to CTB, you know?

Because I've read it takes like 7 days or more to leave your system.
Any amount of days has got to be better than none, I'd think? Are you CTB that soon? I'd just not take it for as long as you can until the day. Might be worth it to push the date out a bit if you can. If you've seen videos of SN ingestion it already looks to cause some writhing etc on its own, so it just kind of becomes a question of how comfortable to you want to try and make it for yourself.
