Help Sn is very clumpy

Hey guys,
My sn has been very clumpy since it arrived even though I haven't opened it yet. Is this normal or does it mean that it is not so pure or something?
And another question I have is whether I can still use the sn after I have opened it. For example, if I want to ctb but can't do it anymore for some reason, but I've already opened it, can I transfer it to an airtight container and then use it later?
