SN in Eastern Europe (2024)

Hello there,
Does anyone know a source of SN that is accessible in Eastern Europe (more specifically Romania)? I know SN is being sold in Eastern Europe but it usually requires you to have a company. I don't have a company.
I'd be eternally grateful for any help.
