thank you for the comment, i always thought ice could would be the best option as liquids usually dont have a strong flavor as they would warm.Can you drink SN in ice cold water? I don't like drinking room temp water.

i dont think it makes that big of a difference just to be sure if you're mixing it with ice cold water let it sit around longer than it should for warmer water so the sn can fully dissolveSimilar threads
