Do you have Senna aka Senkot at the Pharmacy? Exlax works fast. Or, a desperate measure is to use a tablespoon of Epsom salt. Aka magnesium. Expect an explosion & cramps of epic proportions with this.

Hydration is a key to success with all of the above.

On my way to buy dulcolax and senokot right now. I'll take senokot today and if it doesn't work I'll take dulcolax tonight/tomorrow. I don't think I have exlax in the UK

FYI, the senkot can b harsh to your system. Dulcolax will do work well. Either will get you the results. I've used both...lol. I don't believe you need to purchase both. One or the other. You will be good.

You are taking care of yourself. That's the important part.

****Also, magnesium citrate in a bottle (2) works well and fast***. Best to chill it before use...small intestine clean out.

I appreciate you taking notice to "prep"...I've read too many threads about needless suffering do to lack of awareness of the intestinal track. Kudos2you!

The pills worked and a lot of my stomach emptied, only a little left I think, but I'm no longer concerned about it. Thanks for your help again!

Edit: the final bowel movement has happened! I am cleansed! Praise be to senokot/dulcolax

I'm ready to go today in about 5-6 hours. Most of my prep is done so I'm just sitting watching Netflix and anime until late evening.

Btw if anyone wants to do SN method. Be prepared for the hunger. I have to keep distracting myself from the thought of food. It's been 48 hours and all I want is wings.

I get very nervous when I think about having to take my SN. I'm afraid of how the experience will be with my consciousness. I just had an awful dream That I was pushed into a big dark trap door, and when I fell through, I woke up startled in bed. So, it felt like I was pushed through darkness and appeared in bed awake. I don't want those kinds of nightmares when I lose consciousness from SN. I just want to be Home.

I am nervous about a lot but I think I've done enough prep for everything to go smoothly. Just a few last minute things and then I should be ready to just relax and wait for the time. Not long now

I'm sorry to hear about your worries. I don't know if this will help but I just made sure I was busy today so that I didn't freakout about much. I've also taken a bunch of valerian pills too throughout the day

If you have gastro intestinal issues then prepare your body. And be ready to fast for ages.

Swallowing pills, with tiny sips, sucks. Maybe practice before the day

I won't be able to msg after I drink SN sadly, but I'm pretty sure there won't be anything to worry about

So my constipation feels a lot worse now and I'm really scared it's going to mess things up with the SN.

The holy SN pack has been opened and mixed. Sn with propanol looks a bit cloudy with froth, after mixing. SN by itself, looks more clear than the other mix, but slightly murky.

My time has come. I'm finally going to be free from this world and it's problems.

45 mins and I'll be drinking.

Delete my account mods when I'm not back in like a day or two. If I do come back then I'll spend my last days going to war with IC
