Alrighty my dude/dudette. Not trying to be critical, just gonna lay out some questions/comments.

Have you done a 48hr anti-emetic/anti-acid regimen?

You should add another 10mg to your stat meto dose.

If you have no benzo's I would recommend perhaps taking an otc anti-inflammatory like paracetamol or ibuprofen

Right, so thats Naproxen Sodium apparently (have no idea what that is). After 1 google search it says it is used to relieve pain from various conditions such as headache, muscle aches, tendonitis, dental pain, and menstrual cramps. It also reduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness caused by arthritis, bursitis, and gout attacks. So I guess it is similar to Ibuprofen/paracetamol in being an anti-inflammatory. I'm sorry I'm not of more help but I simply do not know.

I do not know the dosage on Naproxen Sodium (Alieve) unfortunately. To compare with other anti-inflammatory's such as ibuprofen and paracetamol 1000mg is a solid (heavy) dose. Usually the effects of this is strongest at 1hr.

Your metoclopramide should be 4*10mg just to be safe
