SN Arrived!

It's comforting to know I can leave this world at any time now. Having the SN really does ease the frustration I felt when I was impulsive and had no ctb supplies on-hand. Now I feel like I could handle my "doom and gloom" episodes better. I originally planned to go this week, but I'll challenge myself and see how much longer I can hold on for…I've been making use of my time by learning another language online to distract myself from my bad memories and intrusive thoughts.

Keep hoping. I experienced delays getting mine to the point where I was worried it wouldn't come. Especially with Amazon's lawsuit in the news, I didn't want it to attract attention.

I understand why you would feel so relieved at having the option of SN. I think that just having the option of a method by your side can make life more bearable, knowing that you are not trapped here with no way out.
