Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So I have some benzos, and in my schedule timetable i take Xanax before SN. But what I'm concerned about is when I throw up the SN the first time, I'll throw up the Xanax too won't I? What's the point if I throw it up?
Depends on your body and how often you pop a pill. If you don't take it that often, you're gonna have mild tolerance and 30~45m is what you would be expecting for the full effect.
I think (no expert & still haven't worked this out for myself) people here without benzo experience read up about Benzo's & their onset times on the Web, they might not take in the fact that that info is based on taking whole tablets on a full stomach. And the protocol is crushed tablets on an empty stomach.
Very different things.
I take Benzo's every day but don't have spare ones to trial which is what's holding me back BUT I did do a trial of taking my exact normal dose of meds, crushed. And instead of an hour or whatever to take effect, it hit me hard & quick - in "normal for me" quantities, having eaten an hour or so prior. If that's useful to you in some way.
I defs don't have the answers, I came here to see if anyone had any more info I could use myself. Best of luck.
benzos are GREAT addition to almost every method, and for SN they are better than meto IMO.
SN makes you experience kind of "air hunger" - hyperventilation etc, and body still not getting oxygen. Benzos dull it.
In order to maximize the effect, OF COURSE you don't ingest xanny and SN at the same time. Xan is one of faster acting benzos, but you still ingest it 30-60min before SN. The bigger the dose, the better - HOWEVER, make sure you won't pass out before SN administration- benzos can make you really sleepy when they start acting.

Aren't you supposed to take benzos/sedative in addition to meto/antiemetic? Never seen someone implying benzos could actually replace meto. Curious about your rationale.

I was just thinking about what you wrote about, benzos are, in my opinion, absolutely the most useful auxiliary medication in the SN protocol. Benzo dulls the bad feeling of "hyperventilation", drastically blocks SI and I even believe it reduces tachycardia to some extent. The main problem with benzos is that you should hit on a dose that won't "knock you out" before drinking SN.
Benzo does not change Meto, but the problem is that most people vomit after drinking SN despite taking Meto, but even with vomiting SN protocol is successful because enough SN is already resorbed before vomiting. Benzo has other positive effects by reducing SI, unpleasant the feeling of "hyperventilation", calms the mind, reduces SI and even the discomfort of tachycardia.

I can't link stuff sorry, long story. But in the suicide resources & the SN stuff, there is a link to PPH 2022 & one called something like SN bible by Vizzy & another called Stan's guide to SN. They're all good resources & pretty thorough. I'm still personally stuck on benzo amount & timing, defs no expert. Best of luck.
