How much xanax is needed?

Healthy female, 65kg. Living a country where getting a prescription is tricky. I got xanax for panic attack emergencies and can possibly get double the dose if I pretend I lost the prescription or something. How much of it + alcohol is needed to do the trick? I have antidepressants and lithium but I doubt they'd be any help inside the "cocktail". I also have Metaclopramide and Domperidone. Just throwing shit in the wall to see what works atp; can get any amount of alcohol needed. What other medication should I request? Sorry, I'll straight up lie to get that prescription, I just need to know what would work better and how much. I'm too cowardly for other more direct methods.

Not recommended. I have around 400mg of Xanax right now and I wouldn't attempt to CTB even by taking all of it with alcohol.

I have a psych pharmacy in my house but would never attempt with pills. Very unreliable and you could end up with kidney or liver failure.
