Help Sn alternative antiemetics

I can't get my hands on antiemetics in enough time, Google says Benadryl and antihistamines has antiemetic properties, besides that I have nyquil. I have ibuprofen to hopefully help with any pain/discomfort but I am unsure if these would work for antiemetic alternatives

According to the pph the only acceptable antiemetics are dopamine antagonists. OTC meds might help with discomfort at most but not much beyond that. The chance of vomiting is still very high. I was able to get my meto in like a week. How long do you have?

My sn says it's arriving Wednesday instead of Tuesday if I don't figure out hanging before then. I can't get a prescription for meto's

Okay yeah if that doesn't work out there is still a chance it could work without antiemetics, it's just less likely. I would prepare multiple doses to take after vomiting and hopefully that cause enough to enter your bloodstream. Good luck.

Thank you, do you think the over counter stuff would help or hurt? NyQuil might make me sleep so less painful same with ibuprofen but thinking the Benadryl might help the vomiting

I wouldn't bother with the NyQuil as you should start to feel drowsy quite quickly and that's just another thing you might vomit. The pph recommends a painkiller for minor pain so that would be fine. Benadryl could go either way depending on how your body reacts to it so I would say maybe experiment with it a little to see if it makes you feel anything.

I see, thank you for the advice, hoping the one I bought is a high enough percent, someone tested it and I think they said it was pure enough. So two things of 35 g in 50 ml water would be good in case the first gets thrown up? Or should I make 3 in case

Two would likely suffice but I suppose you can never be too careful.

I've seen videos of people still succeeding despite vomiting, but IDK if they've also taken AE beforehand so they only puked a little. In my country Domperidone which is a dopamine blocker is prescription free and readily available, but idk how things are in yours. It's also important to note that in many cases of SN CTB the person usually can't take the second shot since their body is too weak or are experiencing extreme vomiting. So you better assume that the first SN is the only dose you take. To reduce vomiting also prepare lolipop or drink but just take sip since the maximum lethal dose is 100 ml i believe a sip should be fine if you take 30g.
But preparing more is always better just in case you are able to down the second one when you vomit. If you vomit only a little it should be fine if you take 30g since even 1g of SN can make a person extremely sick

I see, I am just now realizing I can't find my cooking scale so I need to figure out the measurements in teaspoons/tablespoons and cups. I'm hoping the Benadryl before may make me not throw up, I have a sensitive stomach, when I drank aconite tea I smelled rubbing alcohol to try and suppress my vomiting but threw up Almost immediately

It's okay if you have enough benzos you may pass out midway and not vomit much. Just try to suppress vomiting as much as possible. Most failed attempts are result not taking enough SN (under 20g). I will also use tbsp as measuring device as well. Best of luck

I don't have any benzos :/ what measurements are you using for water vs sn in tbsp if you don't mind sharing

For a tablespoon, I read it can range from 8–10 grams depending on how full it is, but usually sources say 8. But since I don't know the exact number, I can't tell exactly. I'd just take 3 and a half tablespoons; that's roughly 28–31 grams. Then again, if you can, better use a more accurate device, since this is just my own method and I don't know what happens if you take too much or little. For water I have a 220 ML bottled water and i just pour roughly a 1/4 of it.which is 50 ML

is this true? i thought the deciding factor was being found and given medical treatment, and people have definitely died from lower doses. i don't know that ive heard of someone making it through on their own.

interesting to read, few points of failure so its hard to say. I would agree its possible but unlikely to survive without intervention. in searching i found this post which gives a rough overview of successful/unsuccessful attempts. Just thought it was informative and worth sharing.
