i'm. genuinely sick of everyone shoving positivity down my throat only for them to brush me off or traumatize me more when i try to kms / ask for help. every time i try to get help, it ends fucking worse, and im losing suicide resources left and right, and i don't know how much longer i can handle this without my boyfriend with me. :/
