Venting cost of surviving

Why is the cost of "surviving" so expensive??? im from a third world country and i am genuinely paid like shit rn. i tried to get help. i genuinely tried. i'm seeing a psychiatrist rn and i'm currently physically sick so i had to go to a doctor for that too. i WANTED to live. i at least tried to believe that i somehow can get better.

but of course god said no! why? because im just a girl in my early 20s that are not paid enough and i do not deserve help apparently!

i don't even see myself as 'too' struggling. if im not sick in the head, i wouldve been able to live (frugally). but no i am soooo depressed and i needed professional help but im too broke to get help apparently lol

seeking professional help is really is a privilege huh. the cost of just surviving is too expensive. maybe i really need to ctb soon just bc i can't pay for sanity

Relatable... There's like 0.01% of government funding put towards anything mental health here even if I wanted help even I'd have to give an arm and a leg and hope I met a logical non religion pushy psychiatrist here because there's fucking few. Atp it's no wonder so many kids here burn themselves in those 844 schools there's nobody to help just useless prayer.

right, i'd have to look really religious to get help bc they dont wanna help someone who doesn't look like they want to live because of god. i don't know, can't i just want to get help bc i'm sick?? but then again, i'm also a middle class which makes it harder to get any government funding.
