Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Looking for a method that is slow and I can physically feel the change. Idk why but I want to see myself deteriorate. I've been smoking cigarettes more than usual but I know that probably won't help. Any tips are welcomed.
Mainly cause I feel I'm not worth a quick end and I've idolized the idea of knowing that im getting myself sick and don't have an exact day of my end but more of a random one that I don't know.

To each his own, but imo slow and painful might make it more likely to fail. Even if you yourself have a strong resolve and won't change your mind as it sets in, the longer it takes, the bigger the risk of being "rescued" by someone.
