Wow am I having issues sleeping - its 12.12 am here. I can take Benzo's but they make me super groggy the next day and if I stop them I really, really can't sleep. It's now every other night I'm okish as I'm that tired.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Yeah, I hear you.
It's like my body only lets me sleep every other night, and when I do, it's not even great sleep.
Some nights I'm so exhausted I just knock out, and other nights, it feels like sleep is impossible no matter what I do.
Especially now that I've run out of Benzo's.
It's so frustrating when nothing seems to work long-term.
You're definitely not alone in this.

I'm not sure (for me) Benzo's are the answer. I think its probably 'worry' (or stress ) that's keeping me awake and addressing that is easier said than done.
Just woke up with a racing heart at 3 in the morning then came here. Hello fellow insomniacs. I used to turn to benzos on days like these but I'm afraid of becoming dependent on them again.
I sleep maybe 1.5 hr a couple times a day. Haven't gotten prescription sleeping pills but the normal stuff I take isn't doing much but give me that short sleep.
