Method sleeping pills

So, I am still alive. I was to afraid to hang myself, so I decided to look for other methods. But I`ve never seen someone discussing sleeping pills. Why? Is there anything wrong with this method?

They're too safe on their own. This isn't the olden days where you could just accidentally take triple your dose and not wake up.

It's not a reliable suicide method, sadly suicide isn't as straightforward as just overdosing on easily accessible pills. The reason why it's not discussed much is because it's not a suicide method, this question has been asked before though with always people saying it doesn't work.

Sleeping pills are not a reliable method to CTB, they are a cry for help. IDC what you decide but if you're going to CTB, do it and do it right. Good luck and may you find the peace that you seek.
