I just got a skincare routine after a friend telling me to start for a while! I guess from bedrotting and skipping oral and body hygiene once in a while to this has been a decent improvement. I keep flipflopping between becoming healthy + taking care of myself and eating whatever I want to "feel the last bit of happiness left" and doing whatever (sh) since "I'll d*e anyways." Hopefully I'll be able to stay on this track. How have you guys suffered with feeling so miserable you can't take care of yourselves? Because I relate to that so heavily some days

Relatable lol. I was able to get back on skincare and other things, so remember fr it's never too late :)

Also had to get back to calorie counting recently. Less fun…

Yeah it does feel like depriving yourself of joy sometimes. I feel you 🫂

I struggle with this a lot when I'm having depressive episodes where I'll skip out on my skincare routine altogether because I have no energy. Then I feel worse because I feel gross and it's just a vicious cycle

I'd say definitely try to set yourself a goal like saying you'll do your skincare for at least 2 weeks or something. It's hard but seeing results with it helps with feeling motivated to continue :)
