Help SI & Jumping

Does anyone have any input or information on how SI can affect the jumping method?

It's unfortunate that I may need to resort to such a grisly method (especially since I wanted my family to have an in-tact body, and hopefully not traumatize anyone) but SN and other drugs seem to be off the table right now. I live near one of the most notorious bridges for suicide in the USA and plan to scope it out soon.

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated, as I don't think there's a mega thread for it and I'm worried SI will negatively impact my chances.

I attempted jumping off a bridge. I climbed slightly on the rails but couldn't cross them because my legs felt like lead due to SI. I am also afraid of heights, so it probably contributed. If I were to redo this attempt, I would have taken alcohol or drugs beforehand. I don't know which ones, though. Even the policemen were suprised when they found out I had not taken any substances beforehand.

I was thinking the same, that maybe substances could help. I guess alcohol would make the body feel more limp? It's unfortunate because I despise the taste of alcohol and don't have easy access to drugs, despite living in a big city. Wishing you luck and peace.
