I would say yes, very hot weather is uncomfortable and tiring to be in no matter what I do. With heat there are so many layers of clothing I can take off (unless I want to get caught with indecent exposure and even then its still too hot being naked sometimes) when with coolness I can put as many clothes as I want to warm up.

Now that I'm almost old, I must admit I kind of enjoy the heat sinking into my otherwise dead cold body. I despise winter. And as a north eastern US dweller I suffer through it 6 months a year. Now it is way too damn hot right now but given the choice between a 110 heat index like today or snow - give me the heat lol. I'm ok with fall and spring - but not when it dramatically jumps around and gives us all 4 seasons in one week lol. But winter? Super cold and snow I would love to never experience it ever again.
