Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If I understand correctly, Stan's guide recommends taking an Antacid before SN, but antacids were removed from the PPH's SN protocol. I've been thinking that I'll take an antacid anyways before the SN, as all they do is reduce stomach acid and make it so that more Nitrite ions are absorbed.

That should be okay right? or is it better to not take them? also, if taking them is fine, are there any specific ones that I should get (or avoid) or will any antacid work?

It's okay if you don't take them. It's simply to reduce the risk of failure by a small margin.

The PPH removed it because they did not see a difference either way. So while antacids may not help, they will not necessarily hurt your chances either. It is up to you.

Thanks! <3
I'll probably take some as I do get acidity quite often; Don't want that to potentially cause any problems.
