So I've been thinking about telling my therapist that i often feel like two different people but I don't want anything drastic to happen I'm not sure what would happen if I did or if it's a good idea.
I don't think it would be a bad idea to tell your therapist that. I can't possibly know anything about how your therapist acts, or practices, but I feel as though if I said that to my therapist, she would help me navigate the feeling. There's a multitude of reasons for why someone could feel as though they're multiple people, and I don't think there would be a drastic response if you tell her, but that's just an opinion based on my experience with therapy.
