my college roommate is obsessed with me.

I can't leave, move, or do anything without her approval or she freaks out. I mean I can't leave the room. I can't sleep in my own bed. I can't say specifics because she found out I used this website and has been watching for me. I'm confident she'll kill herself if I try to leave.

my anger and irritability is spiraling out of control. I'm schizophrenic and already suffer from delusions, and I understand that could be clouding my judgment. I wish I could fully describe the events that have taken place which would separate my psychosis from reality, but I can't because she will find me.

she looks like a kicked dog whenever I'm angry, but refuses to leave my side. I'm going insane. all the medical professionals in her life think I am abusing her. she tells them we're in a relationship even though I insist we aren't.

I don't know what to do. I failed my last attempt and ever since her obsession has exploded. if I had some hope before, there's really no way out now.

I'm sorry you are going through that,
I would try saying you are going to therapy and such it should calm her.

I've started doing that. she messages my therapist without me knowing, but my therapist is on the same page now that we collectively figured it out. Unfortunately theres only so many times I can do that a week. I took a hefty dose of my meds so I could sleep for 17 hours to avoid her.

I would advice not doing the "hefty dose of meds" it's not unlikely that you'll end up in the hospital.

I know it's not good, but being unconscious seems to be the only way to avoid her. she actually didn't go to something she was supposed to* today in order to wait for me to wake up. I went to take a shower and she suggested we take one together. thankfully we didn't, I took a two hour shower and heard pounding on the walls outside. And now she's right next to me as I type this.

If you did leave and she ends up CTB-ing, that's not on you in my opinion. If you accept responsibility for her actions in that way she'll forever have power over you.

I've had to separate myself from obsessive people in the past, I just have a knack for attracting them I guess. There are things that may not make sense about what I'm saying because I'm changing specifics in order to avoid her recognizing me, but we have pets together who I worry about.

She'd never hurt them, but because she technically has ownership over them, I'm worried that if I leave they'll become severely neglected as a result. I am also entirely financially dependent on her at the moment and have no friends or family to support me. I would be homeless without her.

She can also be a really great person, which is why this hurts. I know the healthy thing for myself is to leave. But there's a lot of other dangerous factors that are stressing me out. She's called the police on me for suicidal ideation before, and I'm worried she could falsely get me institutionalized if I truly intended on leaving.

I don't think she'd ever commit violence against me, but I am worried that if she were to take her life she'd cite me as the reason which could cause legal problems. I also just really don't want her to CTB.

Things have been escalating though. She wants to copy everything I do really badly. She undeniably has mental problems, but when I tried to jump off a bridge, she started saying she was going to jump off a bridge. I'm on leave from work due to my most recent attempt and she stopped working entirely as well. She found out I was cutting and started cutting herself. She was really upset that the ER wouldn't give her stitches like they had to do with me. She's now saying she also has schizophrenia. She started doing a program my therapist recommended for me before I even got the chance to do it. I had a minor medical procedure that required a little plastic wrap thing to prevent infection and she wrapped her self harm in plastic wrap that night. It's like she's trying to become me.

If I am honest you should get off this site for the time being (or at least only use it when you know she isn't around), if I understood you right she has access to your therapist, doing anything suspicious or brisk could quickly land you in the ward.
It sounds like if you keep doing sh you are probably gonna be there soon.

Also use a VPN she can request seeing what sites you've been on if she pays for the internet provider.

Collect tons of evidence. Phone conversations, Face to face conversations recorded. Video whatever you can. This is going to spiral. This sort of thing is scary as hell. It's not even her, it's just her condition that makes her like this. That being said, still, you're the victim here. once it's totally apparent to her that you're trying to make your getaway that's when she will go ballistic.

I haven't even watched that movie yet because this sort of thing is really scary to me.
