Method Self harm

Does anyone know anything about self poisoning? I want to do it in future maybe, and i want to know what kind of poison or chemical I can use to put into my food so I would feel bad and just throw up, but not die. Thank you

Well, if you do self harm (with dirty knife) you might catch blood poisoning (also known as sepsis). But it is very unpleasant way to die. You might lose your limbs and live.

I was thinking of something that can be consumed with food and won't lead to death. Something that just makes you feel very bad and vomit

I don't know, but wanted to say, after reading your post, I started to feel sick. Now my stomach hurts and I think I might throw up. Life is weird like that. I would send this back your way if I knew how.
