Help OD'S as a self harm method

I saw OD'S in a thread here being mentioned as a self-harm method, and that left me wondering how it works. Could someone explain it to me in more detail? and how to possibly do it without dying?

I have overdosed as a method of self harm many times. How not to die is to use something that is extremely unlikely to be fatal. The purpose for me is the vomiting. Its excruciating to vomit so violently for hours and to be dry heaving for hours still even after your stomach has long since been emptied. Its miserable and that's what I deserve.

I wouldn't recommend it though. One, the vomiting damages the fuck out of your teeth. Two is that you can't predict what will occur even with careful dosing. Last time I OD'd on paracetamol, I took a relatively small dose (in comparison to the doses I'd taken in the past) and my liver ended up shutting down completely. I had to stay on the NAC infusion for a week and in hospital for 2 weeks to save my liver. I was very lucky there was no permanent damage.

I dont know if i experienced an overdose before. It's like you get really exhausted, tired, and sleepy, with your heart pounding, your body cold, your breathing weak, and you get really agitated? Because if so, I felt that way when I used to crush pills into powder and snort them.

How you feel depends entirely on the drug you overdose on. Snorting medications can lead to overdose in lower doses than it would taken orally, so its possible you were overdosing for sure.

i really want to try SH by overdosing because cutting is not enough painful to me. Do you want to give me any tips based on something you've already tried?

Dxm, if u take a good amount. Will make it really hard to breath and it's painful, well. The 1st time it was. The 2nd time did nothing so idk.
Guys. I want to die by overdosing, but idk what to take that will actually be lethal

I really wouldn't. Especially if its just for sh. You could take the same amount of something on different days and have different reactions if you've not eaten enough, unwell etc. Everything is risky, but you could easily do yourself permanent damage without meaning to. Please be careful.

If someone really wants to do SH on OD, then benzos are perfect for OD, one can never die from OD on Benzos. However ensure you don't use too much of it, as too much can lead to coma depending on how it gets metabolized in the body as per the bmi.
