Screw me for getting attached to a friend who left me now I'm in the worst suffering ever in my life

I feel like I'm going through someone who was close to me and I loved death
But it's just my friend leaving me without a word. I will never enjoy anything in life anymore but I'm still young and that scares me
I've been in agony the past month she left and I feel like I can't breathe constantly

This is clearly a really big attachment wound. Best thing you can do is push yourself forward, I know it hurts but there's so many great people out there. Plus, good people tend to come back around when the time is better.

Just focus on being the best version of you you can be and let time work itself out.

You might not want to hear this but it takes time to get over these things, totally ok to distract yourself and build yourself, even if you really want to self destruct.

Might might be worth looking into boundaries and some of the more maladjusted strategies people use to get you hooked - not saying it ~is~ that but often the people that then leaving causes that much pain are the ones that have got a bit of a purchase on your emotions for one reason or another.
