Does anyone know any good resources on self harm, I'm unsure on how to take care of my cuts since I've started cutting alot deeper I've heard the tearms beans and baby beans but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the information, I'm scared I'm gonna cut to deep and ill have to go to the hospital and I'll get sanctioned

not an expert, but i think it's called beans when you cut all the way to the fat tissue, which kinda looks like beans hence the name. If you cut that deep, medical attention is required, because the risk of infection is increased by a lot and the wound won't close properly on its own.

Here is a self harm care document from r/MoS

A pdf on self harm aftercare from the NHS:

And one more from a self harm support website

Beans refers to when you've hit the fat layer/hypodermis. Baby beans means that you've just hit the top layer of the hypodermis. You'll know you've hit the hypodermis if you notice yellow bubbles like stuff (your fat).
