so, i've been planning to ctb (again) but this time making my protocol fully fleshed out.
i am very fortunate to have access to both SA and SN. however, i am curious as to which one to use and is less painful
the ppeh does say that sn is less painful than sa, and the symptoms seem less severe, however, im not the biggest fan of feeling so out of breath. how severe is the air hunger sn makes?
another reason to consider sn is it's more documented. there's just so much more support and frameworks for SN than SA.
however, the other thing with SA is the dose needed to kill is lesser than SN. i feel more comfortable taking around 3g of SA than 25ishg of SN mostly for the taste and ease. however that being said, the taste of SN doesn't sound all too bad.
i also suppose on the other hand that taking a large dose of benzos would be good enough to stop most the pain/distress from either methods. i am mostly considering changing from SA to SN for my second reason of it being more documented. im not sure what it is but i just feel more secure thinking of sn than sa, albeit it being quite salty.
