Running out of time

I usually attempt suicide impulsively. I feel like planning takes too much time and I want to get it over with now. I've always said I'm going to die on my 27th birthday. My birthday is in June and I'm getting so much anxiety because I want to die, I just don't know how to? What options do I have? I don't have firearms.
Side note: I don't have anywhere to hang either
