any suggestions for ropes, I actually have one of these but it has an eyelit on one end, which I could feed the rope through to fix it to a fixed object. Will this work or does anyone have other ideas 💡 thanks

10mm is the minimum recommended thickness otherwise this'll feel less comfortable and trigger SI and yes 2mm will make a difference. 12 or 14 is better if you're doing full suspension.
