Rope suggestions

any suggestions for ropes, I actually have one of these but it has an eyelit on one end, which I could feed the rope through to fix it to a fixed object. Will this work or does anyone have other ideas thanks

10mm is the minimum recommended thickness otherwise this'll feel less comfortable and trigger SI and yes 2mm will make a difference. 12 or 14 is better if you're doing full suspension.
