I've decide to CTB next march, exactly for my birthday. I choose the SN method but still got doubts about other details.
Should I write goodbye letter or not? I don't know if ir would make it easier or harder for the people who recibe it.
And I could do it the night before or exactly on my birthday night. My bday is usually awfull but I feel it could be harder for my parents to find me death on my birthday morning, would it easier to find peace for them if I let them spend my bday with me before ctb?
What would you do?

I'd let them spend your birthday with you. Have one last happy memory. And I would leave a note. I would hate to be a parent and not know the reason why my child ended their life. They'd be wondering forever.
