A few days ago I reinstalled the shower railing for our shower at my parents' house. It's pretty sturdy and I think it could hold my weight. It's made of metal, before it was removed I tried my hand at hanging with it, to which my parents heard me slipping from the rim of the bathtub and came in haha.. I weigh around 70 pounds, which is 31kgs (i think). I think tonight I'll see if it can hold my weight.

What do you people think?

Update: Went into bathroom, and pulled down on the railing with full force and it didn't move. So I think if I angle myself right, put my knees on the rim of the bathtub and do a partial hanging. It could work.
