Recent SN guidelines?

Hi,

I'm probably overthinking it but does anyone have the latest guidelines (maybe the pph 2025) for 48 hour SN regime?

My main concerns are the benzo (amounts and if to take before or after SN).

Also, read conflicting advice on hour long to fast for. Is 8 hours sufficient fasting time or longer?

The January 2025 edition is avaliable in the sticky threads atop. The only thing it mentions about fasting is "To speed the absorption of nitrite into the bloodstream, some degree of fasting is advised. Take only clear fluids for several
hours prior to taking nitrite".

Thanks. I can't get it to download unfortunately. But may not be helpful if it doesn't say how long to fast for.

Also, some people seem to take benzo before and some after. I find this confusing.

I'll try download from my laptop, see if that works.
