I don't know if this is a weird comment, but I kinda felt out of place being one of the few people there who doesn't engage in self harming or have an eating disorder. Those communities surely overlap

It's not weird at all. Everyone has their own struggles and each of those are valid. Frankly, I'm very happy that you don't have an eating disorder and are not self harming as both can cause major issues in your life.
