Help Rate my partial-hanging setup?

So I was reading about Robin Williams and Katie Hopkins' suicides, and there was a thread on here that linked to a woman's answer on Quora about how to hang yourself. She makes it sound like it is easy to die with partial hanging if you have a short enough ligature. With this in mind, I took out one of my shoelaces and set this up, attached to the towel rack in my bathroom which seems sturdy. Does this look like it would do the trick? Do I just need to kneel forward? Are shoelaces not reliable enough?

Personally, I would buy a more durable and less stretchy rope.
And don't believe that any kind of suicide is easy, u have to make your research in order to minimalize any chance of permanent damage. It's hard but there is no other way sadly.
