Help Quick way to ctb?

Everything has gone wrong for me. I have nothing left. What is the quickest way I can CTB? I truly cannot wait it needs to happen soon.

From what I have seen when it's a proper rope maybe 5 to 10 seconds. And that seems to be consistent with some studies that studied video recorded suicides and they said only one took more that 15 seconds

It doesn't mean there were not convulsions but the person wa unconscious

aghh unfortunately i live in a country where guns are extremely inaccessible so im probably gonna have to go with partial hanging
