I don't understand why people keep on making threads like this when there is a suicide resource compilation. Sadly there is no easy way to ctb, as if there was I would be long gone at this point, I wish that we did exist in a world where quick, painless and very easily accessible methods existed.

I would recommend doing your own research, there is enough information on this site but you have to dig through it, see what is possible for you and weigh the pros and cons. Don't just do something that someone told you.
