Question about rope

Hello everyone, its been a while.
Im hoping to know whether or not this rope is sufficient for FSH. Its 10mm thick with a length of 20meters.

Keep in mind that it depends on the shape of your body, too. I don't know that, but normally 10mm thickness should be good. Good luck
