• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UKā€™s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

So I take Zoloft and lexotanil and I have a hard time sleeping and waking up, I want to reduce my time sleeping and instead focus on work and my hobbies tbh sleep is making me sick (I sleep 9-10 hours but I'm feeling sick laying on the bed trying hours to sleep and waking up at noon
Also, what are some ways to make my skin whiter/pale, I don't go the sun often because it hurts my eyes and bothers me but I don't look too pale, I like my appearance that I had 2 years ago more (but it was because of lack of blood from sh)

The only answer for the sleep cycle it regulating it by training, there's no other way.

Something that I did and actually worked was fixing a wake-up time and respecting it no matter what.

I wanted to wake-up everyday by 5am, so I forced my self to get out of the bed even if I couldn't sleep at all the previous night.

It's brutal, but once you're body adapts you'll start to fall asleep very quickly and shortened my sleep cycles to 6h (not intended, more like a side effect). Requires maintenance and discipline, but worked out for me for at least two consecutive years. I'm usually on and off this regimen.

There are medications that can activate you, even substances like caffeine or sweets, since they stimulate your body to be more alert and thus remain awake most of the day.
If you want something that gives you that activation, you can go to the doctor or whoever prescribed the two medications you mentioned. By the way, some antidepressants tend to make you sleepy (Mirtazapine) and some others activate you (Wellbutrin). It all depends on how your body assimilates it, because ironically benzos activate me more than just making me want to sleep.

PS. Sleeping too much also affects me and I don't like the sun because I have a certain sensitivity to heat
