Help Quantity of sn

I have access to like 200 gm of sn and everyone here says like 30 gm is enough. So should I take like more quantity to have faster and peaceful death and I had read that more sn can cause faster heart beat so I just want to know that is 30 gm is sweet spot for pain and all or there is no use in taking more and I am yet to buy anti emetic. is there any thing more I should buy like tramadol to take the edge of and I want the method to be completely peaceful and I can't afford to fail this method so any Instructions and tips that would increase the chances of peaceful and painless death. And is sn method causes burning throat or stomach pain because if that happens I will not be able to control myself so I need kinda fool proof plan. You don't want to take more than recommended unless you vomit. Taking more will not increase the rate of absorption, it will only make you more likely to vomit.
